2. Products & Pricing

• All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided as accurately as possible. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice.
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• Product weights may vary slightly due to the natural characteristics of fresh seafood. We aim to match your ordered weight as closely as possible.

3. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
• We accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer. Payment must be made at the time of delivery or in advance for bank transfers.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

4. Delivery

• We offer same-day delivery in Karachi and Lahore, and nationwide shipping for select products.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, and order volume.
• It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and be available to receive the order. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Return Policy for complete details on eligibility, process, and refunds.

6. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or placing an order.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
